TaoYin Italy qualified instructor

I practiced Qi Qong with Master Marco Mazzarri from 2013 to 2016, ending my training and getting my diploma as Instructor in Ling Pao Ming Dao Yin Fa Qi Gong at the TaoYin Italy association.

I followed seminars with both Italian and French teachers who related to Master George Charle’ San Yi Quan School.

I am currently enrolled in the specialization course “Qi gong and traditional Chinese medicine” at the Tao School here in Bologna.

On occasion I have worked with the Bellaria Hospital of Bologna, bringing preparatory Yi Yin Fa practices to the child neurosurgery and neuropsychiatry department, in collaboration with the Volunteer Association “Bimbo TU”.

I am particularly motivated to propose the application of the practice in the management of human resources, individual and group relationships, in particular listening groups, the elderly, the sick and children.

I am researching the study of a practice of energy rebalancing of breath and sound, in support of a character’s psychophysics in the application of an actor’s work.  In collaboration with the director Nanni Garella, in May 2018 I conducted an experimental course on the combination of the Qi gong practice with the acting practice at the Dams in Bologna for students enrolled in the Theatre course, with the Professor Gherardo Guccini; experience that I hope will have interesting developments for the practice and in the interest of the students themselves for the enrichment of the study plan.

I suggest the Qi gong practice to groups of people who work in teams within companies to reach a harmonious and non-competitive approach, aimed at awakening and developing vital energy in the body; the exercises aim to increase inner resources, nourish the path of personal growth knowing how to flow within change, increase the conscious management and awareness of one’s psychophysical health. Values ​​that cultivated in a group resonate with the individual and in the group relationship, improving the harmony and effectiveness of their actions.

I have always been fascinated by the world of children, I have been dedicating myself for years to the care of image education and their creative relationship with the natural world. At Fienile Fluò, a lovely hotel, restaurant and location just outside Bologna, up until 2017 I organised private and cultural events for a transversal audience of age and interests, I proposed various creative and artistic workshops and practice lessons here for free and on an experimental basis for children and teenagers, with the intention of exploring unexpressed and evolving potential to harmonize the imagination of the little ones with the surrounding environment.

I cultivate this new path of empirical research on the body with the same passion that guided me in my University path and specialization as an art historian for the figurative arts, ancient, modern and contemporary, certain that the communication of the languages ​​of the soul has no boundaries, neither temporal nor geographical or religious or cultural.

A special thanks to the School and the Masters, as well as to those who followed this path with me, who accompanied me and supported me through this change and with whom I continue working uninterruptedly: TaoYin Italy.

A journey, a way to witness a path of identifying a new life along a course of study and listening to shed light where darkness reigns. In the conscious and unbridgeable ignorance, every day I challenge the life that keeps surprising me with its beauty and wonder, with the intent of fighting without weapons, fighting by welcoming and comprehending without fully understanding.

A final and special thanks to Angelica Zanardi who welcomed with enthusiasm my Qi gong study practice right from the start, offering her beautiful location surrounded by greenery where I was able to grow a small affectionate and enthusiastic group of talented curious practitioners and experimenters.
